Made from our estate vineyard in the Los Olivos District. Our Sparkling Albarino is made in the Methode Champenoise style. Meaning it has gone through the same traditional process used in Champagne France. This wine is placed in the Brut category allowing for a dry finish on the palate. Aromas of fresh picked grapefruit and kiwi dominate the nose followed by flavors of stone fruit on the palate. Enjoy this wine with hard cheeses and oysters on the half shell.
