Wine may be sold and delivered to only persons who are at least 21 years of age. By placing an order with c5vineyard, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age, and that the person signing for the delivery is at least 21 years of age. UPS and FEDEX require an Adult Signature. The person signing for the wine may be asked for identification and must represent him/herself as sober.

Many states have laws regulating the number of cases of wine that each adult may have shipped per year. If your shipment is affected by this law, we will contact you.
