Made from grapes in our estate C5 Vineyard. This wine was aged in French Oak barrels for 18 months. Our Merlot has notes of dark plum and currant on the nose followed by hints of vanilla and oak smoke on the palate. This wine pairs wonderfully with roasted meats and squash based pastas.
