Our version of a " Super Tuscan " made with all estate C5 fruit consisting of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Sangiovese and 20% Merlot. This wine spent 24 months in a new French Oak barrels. It is named after Jac- our big, bold, full-bodied American Quarter Horse- An AQHA World Champion Finalist who resides at our C5 Ranch & Vineyard. Aromas of black cherry and plum meet with warm vanilla spice, cinnamon, and cocoa on the nose. On the palate, the delightfully rich & silky tannins and mouth-watering acidity are complemented by the delicious notes of plum, cherry, and oak toast that leave a soft finish.
