Description

Made from the Martini clone out of the Riverbench Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. This wine had 50% whole cluster added during fermentation and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. The "Collin" is slightly earthier on the palate with notes of raw mushrooms and black cherries. Pair this wine with game birds like quail or pheasant and roasted vegetables.
